CMS Solutions, an Ontario Ltd. company, is a consulting firm specializing in thermal evaluations of dies, molds and processes and applied tool engineering consulting services.
We provide powerful detailed thermal reports “not just pictures”. We will assist our clients in initiating evaluation programs in their respected organizations.
Automotive Parts Manufacturers: . Thermal profiling of Molds , Dies & Parts with an infrared survey, can detect a problem before it manifests itself into a costly failure, lengthy cycle times, or poor part quality.
Tool & Mold Shops: The majority of all new molds are validated in locations specializing in Mold Tryouts. The natural progression of a plastic part is to validate the process and mold functionality prior to shipping to the remote manufacturing facility. Almost every aspect of a part is gauged and tested to be correct except for the thermal properties, we intend to position ourselves as a relatively low cost alternative to augment traditional troubleshooting methods.
Electrical Contractors: We will subcontract to electrical contractors
Manufacturing Plants: Infrared Thermographic Imaging can detect abnormal heat conditions that can represent potential safety hazards and energy waste. Insurance companies are now requesting these surveys. We will provide surveys and indicate any apparent problems and minimize downtime.
Established Aluminum Casting Plants.
Construction and Roofing: Infrared surveys can detect leaks on flat roofs and cracks in foundations. We will pursue alliances with local construction firms that would outsource these services.
Research & Development: Our services can be utilized for R&D purposes which will create tax incentive and benefits to our clients.
The founder of the firm is a certified manufacturing engineer with thirty years of progressive and responsible experience in product design, mold / tool design, process development and troubleshooting difficult production issues.
